Help us build a puppet theatre in Newcastle!

Support here: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/moving-parts-puppet-theatre

Join Moving Parts Arts on our journey to build the North East of England’s only theatre and studio space dedicated to puppetry. Our dreams to transform a former call centre in the West End of Newcastle into a vibrant creative hub will only be possible with your support.

Raising £5,000 will bring to life:

  • A 60-seat performance space championing puppetry for adults, teens, children and families.

  • Rehearsal and creation space for North East artists.

  • A workshop space for groups of up to 40 people, that gives everyone a chance to access creative activities.

  • A puppet library and museum display.

All of the above resources will be built in Carr Ellison House, Elswick, which is a wheelchair user accessible space. The site is a 10 minute bus journey from Newcastle Central Station, with up to 7 buses an hour, and has over 100 free car parking spaces.
